Sales Support Specialist

is a self-led, high impact contributor who keeps Stemilt’s retail customers running smoothly. You drive accuracy and efficiency through proactive order management, sharp problem solving, and clear cross functional communication. With a focus on speed, precision, and exceptional service, you ensure every order aligns with operational capabilities and delivers a seamless experience for both internal teams and external partners.

Review and verify order details, including customer purchase orders, pricing, product availability, pack schedules, and shipping requirements. · Enter, update, and maintain customer orders in internal ERP systems and databases with high accuracy and efficiency. · Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to confirm product availability and address fulfillment challenges. · Serve as a communication bridge between Sales and internal departments such as Production, Transportation, Shipping, and partner warehouses. · Troubleshoot order‑related issues, including shortages, pack schedule conflicts, and shipping changes. · Maintain accurate customer specifications, delivery requirements, and order instructions. · Demonstrate flexibility by supporting occasional evening and weekend work as needed. · Sales Support Manager o Medical/Dental/Vision insurance o Short- and Long-term Disability insurance o Flexible Spending Account (FSA) o Life insurance o Paid holidays o Performance Incentive Plan · An exciting opportunity to shape new performance standards, build knowledge, and open pathways for continued career growth or six months to one year related experience and/or training; Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Power BI; experience with Oracle ERP is a plus. · Adaptable to change and shifting priorities. · Comfortable with verbal communications, in person, and via telephone. · Ability to deliver high quality results with an exceptional transparent, consultative, and partnering attitude. ·
