Responsibilities

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. Food Runner also assists in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• The position delivers food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description. Strong food knowledge is preferred and good communication is a necessity.
• In addition, the Busser assists the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and according to standards.
• Other tasks include stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service.

Skills/Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum one year of food service or related work.
• Ability to communicate professional and accurately.
• Strong F&B knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours. Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
• This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
