About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses brand positioning, product portfolio, pricing, promotional strategy, packaging, digital marketing, and messaging. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of pricing strategies and positioning, as well as the ability to analyze data analytics and market trends. The Head of Marketing will be a staunch supporter of the brand's equity and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and a proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, particularly within the CPG industry. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required, with some background in the cannabis industry being essential. The role offers a unique opportunity to work under C-Suite guidance and make a significant impact on the brand's marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative marketer, capable of driving the brand's growth and market presence.
