Role Description
The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual and on-site sales presentations, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and providing responsive customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The Outside Sales Representative will also maintain accurate records in the CRM, prepare regular sales reports, and participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills to effectively showcase solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to maintain positive, long-term client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Proven experience in outside or field sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed, depending on territory and business requirements.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is beneficial.
