OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Christ Taylor Insurance as a key member of our customer support division. In this capacity, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.Assist clients with policy information, claims, and general questions.Document customer interactions accurately in our system.Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.RequirementsProven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Nice to haveKnowledge of insurance products and policies.Experience with CRM systems.Fluency in additional languages. #J-18808-Ljbffr Christ Taylor Insurance
