Mailroom Specialist - First Shift

Job Opportunity
Job Description: Candidates will be performing various functions in the vault including pulling files, putting files away or quality control. They will verify the loan files were filed in the correct locations. Will be walking all day and climbing step stools as needed. If a file is missing they will search the remainder of that shelf. If not present they will research the file in the computer to find clues as to where it could have been misplaced. Clues include where the file was last seen, files that were brought in at the same time as missing file, checking on desks and under desks, checking carts, etc.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Qualifications: High School Diploma (GED) Excel, Word & Outlook experience Basic Microsoft office skills Ability to lift 30 plus pounds Be on your feet all day
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
