We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a growing national title and escrow company.

Your Specific Duties Will Include:
- Preparing and delivering closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders.
- Accurately disbursing escrow funds and completing related administrative tasks such as reporting.
- Reviewing all documentation, including title commitments, purchase and sale agreements, and lender instructions, to ensure readiness for closing.
- Monitoring transaction progress to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the purchase contracts.
- Communicating and coordinating with industry professionals, including realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers.
Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:
- Active Escrow Officer license.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of the escrow and title processes, relevant regulatory guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
