As a key part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the receiving, handling, cataloguing, and picking tasks alongside the others within the team. This is a pivotal role in delivering complex, cutting-edge aerospace projects that drive innovation and excellence in the industry.ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities Listed BelowCarry out material movement activity by processing requests for supply orders. Pull material and inventory per picklist to fulfill job kits and stages accordinglyMaintain inventory control within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by providing accurate stock location, printing requests, recording quantity of materials received, and/or distributedOverflow resource for the Shipping & Receiving teams Route received material accordinglyAccurately pick inventory and prepare items for shipmentUpdate Manufacture Order (MO) routings for visibility across the companyQualificationsRequired Education / Experience:Valid Driver's LicenseAssociate's degree in business, material management, supply chain operations, or related field + 1+ year of relevant work experienceEquivalent 3+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred Knowledge / Ability:Experience in operating a forklift, floor jack, banding, and stacker equipmentInventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and basic computer skillsStrong communication, organizational, time management, and basic math skillsCertification with the Crane Institute of America & a certified fork lift operatorWhy join Calspan?Be Calspan CultureAt Calspan, we promote an environment that empowers employees and encourages innovation.
