What You Will Do

• Follow up with team-provided leads and build genuine, lasting relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations using our proven scripts and CRM frameworks.
• Host open houses and conduct property showings that highlight unique home features.
• Meet with clients to determine their wishlist and successfully guide them to their ideal home.
• Maintain deep local knowledge of the Ocala community to effectively advise on surrounding neighborhoods.
• Collaborate with our transaction team for an efficient, seamless closing experience.
• Consistently nurture relationships to generate more sales and referral opportunities.

• Follow up with the leads we provide and build real relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we'll train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
• Host open houses and show homes.
• Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities.
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home.
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities.
• Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales.

• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
