Sr Paralegal FocusPoint

FocusPoint is partnering with a well established, multi state organization to recruit an experienced Sr Paralegal . This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast paced legal environment, enjoys variety, and brings a proven ability to support attorneys across corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. The hiring company is growing, highly collaborative, and values organized, proactive legal support.

The Sr Paralegal will work directly with in house attorneys on a wide range of legal matters. You will conduct research, draft documents, manage filings, organize case materials, and help maintain a newly centralized legal repository. This role requires strong organization, excellent follow through, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with confidence.

• Support attorneys across M&A, commercial transactions, contract review, real estate activity, regulatory matters, and corporate governance

• Create and maintain a centralized repository of legal files and folders

• Assist with corporate filings and updates across multiple states

• Manage administrative tasks including calendaring hearings, tracking deadlines, organizing case files, and coordinating logistics

• Prepare, scan, and organize documents for court filings

• Perform routine office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and document preparation

• Mentor and support junior team members

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative legal team environment

• Bachelor s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Six or more years of related paralegal experience

• Experience supporting attorneys in corporate or transactional environments

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with Legal Tracker is a plus

• Adaptability and comfort with change
