Requirements Strong Technical Accounting Background: 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience including controllership and FP&A responsibilities, with strong technical expertise in US GAAP and general ledger management. Leadership and Team Management: 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, capable of managing senior accounting managers and driving cross-functional coordination. Systems and Process Experience: Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems, with a focus on evaluating and optimizing financial systems for greater efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee US accounting ops: Lead GL management, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and month‑end close. Drive financial reporting: Deliver timely, accurate US GAAP‑compliant financials and ad hoc reports. Support FP&A: Own annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and budget vs. actual analysis. Manage audit and controls: Lead annual audit process and maintain strong internal controls.
