We are looking for a Senior Facilities & Infrastructure Manager who is ready to step in, take charge, and make a lasting impact across our growing network of sites.

The Opportunity

This is not a role for someone who needs to be managed. We are looking for a proven facilities professional — someone with a background in property management or industrial operations — who brings authority, accountability, and a relentless drive to get things done. You will own the full execution of facilities, infrastructure, and safety across all iDrive locations with direct visibility to senior leadership.

What You Will Do

Facilities & Infrastructure

• Lead warehouse expansions, reconfigurations, and capital improvement projects
• Own racking systems, office builds, loading docks, cages, and mezzanines end to end
• Manage electrical, HVAC, lighting, and power capacity planning
• Maintain audit-ready facility documentation across all sites
• Ensure full compliance with customer, operational, and regulatory requirements

Warehouse Optimization

• Drive space utilization, slotting strategies, and cube efficiency improvements
• Lead layout planning for picking, packing, VAS, staging, and shipping areas
• Plan infrastructure capacity for new clients and seasonal volume growth
• Standardize layouts and equipment across all locations

Vendor & CapEx Management

• Own all vendor, contractor, and service agreement relationships
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and CapEx execution
• Hold all parties accountable to scope, timelines, and quality standards

What We Are Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience in facilities management, property management, warehouse, or industrial operations
• Proven multi-site management experience — you have handled multiple properties and delivered results
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills — you set the terms and hold the line
• High degree of independence, sound judgment, and professional integrity
• Persistent, solution-oriented, and accountable — you do not quit until the job is done right
• Willingness and ability to travel to all iDrive Fulfillment locations
