Job Description:
Seeking two Business Analysts to support a customer's ERP transformation initiative. These individuals will play a key role supporting the Kahuna platform, Oracle integrations, data validation efforts, and overall system administration. The ideal candidate has a blend of business analysis, systems administration, testing, and data management experience. This person should be comfortable working with large datasets in Excel, validating integrations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with multiple business and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, ERP Analyst, or Application Analyst experience
Expert-level Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data reconciliation, reporting, large dataset management)
Integration testing experience
Experience validating data flows between enterprise systems
Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing user access, security roles, and permissions
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Strong attention to detail and data quality management
