Pay | $19 ~ $25/hr ($17.13 - $22.00/hr base + service charge avg.) We're looking for someone who can... Prepare pastries, baked goods, and dessert components using established recipes. Ensure each item meets quality, taste, and presentation standards before it goes out. Follow portion sizes, prep methods, and plating guidelines consistently. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation. Handle, store, and rotate ingredients properly using FIFO practices. Assist with prep during slower periods and support the team during closing. Complete the closing checklist for pastry and kitchen stations. Join team meetings and contribute ideas. Qualifications Required | 2+ years' commercial baking/pastry experience, or: Alt.
