LOGISTICS/MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Maintenance SupervisorResponsible for maintaining buildings, equipment, and grounds to company standards in order to control operating cost. Responsible for training mechanics and other maintenance personnel. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Responsibilities:Communicate with fellow supervisors and managers on daily operational activitiesManage and promote safety and sanitation in all areasWork closely with the Planner/Scheduler to ensure all weekly preventive maintenance is completedEnsure all corrective work orders are completed timely at 100% accuracyWork hand in hand with all other areas to maximize productivity and performanceConduct meetings with all maintenance associatesOversee the maintenance testing recordsTrack cost associated with warehouse maintenance using technology and systemsHelp develop and train associates in their maintenance/mechanic job dutiesAssist operations to determine root causes for damage/maintenance and recommend changesSupervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reportsMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationQualifications:Minimum:2+ years experience working in a facility maintenance department experience (Level 5)5+ years maintenance experience2+ years of leadership experienceIntroductory skill set of maintenance (Level 4)Proficient in Microsoft office programsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challengesHighly motivated, and capable to address issues with a strong sense of urgencyDesired:High School Diploma or GED2+ years supervisory experience
