Interventional Pain & Spine Therapy is actively searching for a dedicated and qualified Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Largo, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, taking into account their personal health goals and mobility limitations.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Utilize specific modalities and interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to ensure effective pain management and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on their conditions, expected outcomes, and self-management strategies to promote independence and active participation in their recovery.
• Continuously monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, maintaining clear and consistent communication with them throughout their healing journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care that addresses patients' comprehensive needs.
• Facilitate wellness and fitness programs designed to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and coordination, ultimately encouraging healthier lifestyle choices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals facing orthopedic challenges—such as musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Your personalized approach will support diverse patient demographics, including athletes, adults, and seniors, who seek to improve their mobility and functional capabilities. Your work will significantly influence their recovery process by providing hands-on support and motivational guidance.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, in compliance with Florida's licensure rules and regulations.
• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in physical therapy, especially focusing on orthopedic conditions and rehabilitative treatment.
• A strong foundation in musculoskeletal anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, with a focus on treating orthopedic patients.
• Proficiency in specialized therapeutic techniques, including functional movement screening and biomechanical assessments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits
