Your role will be based onsite at our outpatient office in Clearwater, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand patient needs, establishing a comprehensive treatment plan in accordance with medical recommendations.
• Implement and modify therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices to achieve specific rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress using electronic health record systems, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare stakeholders to develop cohesive treatment strategies and communicate patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate unwavering customer service, addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers about rehabilitation techniques, home exercise programs, and preventive care measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy within Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in outpatient physical therapy, particularly within an orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits
