Work Environment

Located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, our Clearwater location promotes a healthy work-life balance with a structured weekly schedule of 40 hours. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective treatment modalities, and perform regular assessments to measure treatment outcomes.
• Provide patient education and counsel families regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations.
• Interact professionally and courteously with all patients, maintaining a high standard of customer service irrespective of their age or cultural background.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

Compensation and Benefits
