Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions across various modalities, ensuring progress towards rehabilitation goals.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on treatment processes and expected outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
