Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to determine appropriate treatment paths.
• Develop and implement detailed, individualized care plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, maintaining accurate documentation and clinical notes in our electronic health record system.
• Engage in active communication with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, concerns, and recommendations for home exercise programs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and enhance collaborative approaches to care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Flexi Rise offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
