Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate functional and therapeutic status, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians, focusing on patient goals and rehabilitation milestones.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and ergonomic training within the established scope of practice.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment regimens, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive devices necessary for their recovery.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient response and progress assessments.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory and professional requirements.
• Contribute to case discussions focusing on improving patient engagement and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters to diverse patient populations, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, those managing chronic conditions, and pediatric patients requiring specialized therapeutic interventions. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required and must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with pediatric patients or specific therapeutic techniques is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess and respond to patient progress effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
