Work Environment

You will primarily work onsite, providing home care services directly in the residences of our patients. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will take on various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting initial consultations with patients to discuss their physical condition and any symptoms they may be experiencing.
• Using your knowledge to accurately diagnose movement dysfunction and develop customized treatment plans that align with patient goals.
• Instructing patients on the correct usage of therapeutic exercises, ensuring they understand the importance of adherence to their rehabilitation regimen.
• Employing hands-on techniques such as therapeutic massage or stimulation to promote healing and improve comfort levels.
• Assisting patients with daily mobility aids like walkers and wheelchairs, enabling them to regain independence.
• Maintaining detailed patient records, tracking progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families about relevant in-home treatment options, ensuring continuity of care beyond scheduled sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
