Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Physical Momentum Therapy, you will work primarily in patients' homes across Clearwater and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific conditions and goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and modalities, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques, ensuring optimal functional outcomes for patients.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their condition and improve their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs and self-management strategies, fostering independence and long-term wellness.
• Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy techniques to enhance your skill set and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with pain, disabilities, or physical impairments. This includes working with elderly patients requiring rehabilitation after surgery, individuals recovering from injuries, and patients experiencing chronic pain. Qualifications

• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is required.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to design and implement treatment plans for a wide range of conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
