This full-time position involves working onsite in clients' homes across Clearwater, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans for each patient, focusing on early intervention and conducting same-day evaluations to promote efficient recovery.
• Perform detailed physical evaluations and re-evaluations, carefully interpreting results within the legal scope of practice and developing data-driven treatment adjustments.
• Conduct thorough chart reviews and collect pertinent patient data before evaluations, ensuring that treatment plans are based on comprehensive medical histories.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including medical professionals and other therapists, to create cohesive care strategies that address each patient's unique needs.
• Maintain a keen understanding of complex medical diagnoses, contraindications, and precautionary procedures to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current and active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 , commensurate with experience and patient caseload.
