Key Responsibilities

• Consult with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to develop and refine treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient care history thoroughly and accurately to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assess and evaluate patients to create effective, evidence-based treatment strategies aimed at alleviating pain, restoring function, and promoting healing.
• Implement and monitor therapy interventions in alignment with each patient's established plan of care, making adjustments based on their progress and feedback.
• Educate and instruct patients, their families, and caregivers on treatment plans and any necessary home exercises to support recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy practices and regulations to ensure all treatment complies with industry standards.
