This position will be based in our outpatient office located in Clearwater, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific functional limitations and goals.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring a seamless continuum of treatment for each patient.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans based on evaluations and the latest evidence-based practices, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the treatment process, fostering a better understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to performance improvement activities to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring efficient resource management and the delivery of high-standard patient care.
• Stay current with industry best practices through continuous education, self-study, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient office serves a diverse population of patients, primarily those with orthopedic conditions ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, adapting your approach to meet the varying needs of each patient, and ensuring a compassionate and culturally competent therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• You must possess a valid state license in Physical Therapy prior to starting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in outpatient orthopedic therapy. Experience in supervisory roles is also advantageous as you will be engaging and guiding support staff in day-to-day operations.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
