Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, creating individualized treatment plans that align with orthopedic care protocols.
• Administer effective therapy interventions, monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment approaches as needed to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers, ensuring they understand treatment goals, techniques utilized, and their role in the recovery process.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with legal and organizational standards to maintain transparent and accurate health records.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to discuss patient care strategies and maximize effectiveness of therapy.
• Strive to meet departmental production goals while maintaining a high standard of quality service and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, predominantly focused on orthopedic cases. Expect to treat post-operative patients, athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, and individuals affected by chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.

• Proficient computer skills for documentation and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits
