Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred to your care, developing tailored treatment plans to support their recovery journey.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and constantly monitor patient progress to ensure goals are met.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to refine treatment plans based on real-time patient feedback and progress assessment.
• Provide one-on-one patient care that emphasizes relationship building, encouraging active participation in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
