Key Responsibilities

In this integral position, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies for a diverse array of patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide direct patient care both in-clinic and for home health sessions, utilizing skilled therapeutic techniques to enhance patient function and mobility in alignment with physician directives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, following the guidelines set forth by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least two (2) years of relevant therapeutic experience in diverse settings.
• A current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with patients and caregivers.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health records and office software.
