Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic issues, developing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to relieve pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, safety measures, and the use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all treatment plans, patient interactions, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to support comprehensive treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
