Work Environment

The position is primarily located onsite within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will work in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere with other healthcare professionals. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback, striving for measurable progress.
• Regularly reassess patient conditions to determine treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to therapy interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, SOAP notes, and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic record system efficiently.
• Provide education to patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and preventive strategies to manage their conditions effectively.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary framework to enhance the effectiveness of patient care.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the overall culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
• Meet established productivity goals while maintaining a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will engage with a wide demographic, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients, each with unique orthopedic challenges. Our clients may present conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, or musculoskeletal disorders, making flexibility and adaptability key traits for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Florida.
• Proficiency in delivering in-person physical therapy evaluations and treatments, as well as experience with telehealth services, where clinically applicable.
• A strong desire and capability to work with a diverse range of patients, encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to remain agile and flexible in clinical practice, adapting to the evolving needs of patients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaborative teamwork and high-quality customer service.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic physical therapy setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
