Work Environment

Located in Clearwater, Florida, our rehabilitation facility offers a collaborative and energetic atmosphere where clinical staff can thrive. The workload comprises clinical and administrative tasks, executed within a well-equipped environment featuring advanced rehabilitation technology and resources. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable work-life balance while actively contributing to patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and create tailored treatment plans for patients experiencing functional limitations and disabilities due to various orthopedic conditions.

• Document comprehensive evaluations, including relevant medical history and specific assessments, to inform ongoing treatment strategies and objectives.

• Implement treatment protocols with proficiency based on initial evaluations and the evolving condition of the patient, ensuring a patient-centered approach in all interactions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals as necessary, monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans in response to changes in their condition.

• Conduct and support effective discharge planning, ensuring patients are equipped with follow-up care strategies and understand their ongoing rehabilitation needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including daily notes and progress summaries, in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Participate in relevant facility meetings and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Hype Motion Physical Therapy, LLC, you will primarily work with outpatient orthopedic patients. This includes individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions that impact their mobility and quality of life. Our team is dedicated to understanding each patient's unique needs and customizing treatment plans that consider their individual goals and lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, as recognized by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.

• Current certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedics is required, preference will be given to candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, or advanced orthotic protocols. Compensation and Benefits
