Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their current physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, established therapeutic goals, and patient input.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, exercise programs, and advanced equipment to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance functional independence.
• Document all treatment sessions, including patient responses, progress notes, and any modifications to the treatment plan.
• Regularly reevaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices to promote self-care and mobility.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and share insights on progress.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, pursuing continuing education, and engaging with professional communities.
