Active Life Physiotherapy is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional care to patients in a home care setting in Clearwater, Florida. Work Environment

The role of PT is primarily onsite, working directly in patients' homes, which allows for a unique and personal interaction with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that align with the personal goals and needs of each patient, ensuring a customized therapeutic approach.
• Provide hands-on therapy, employing various techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, as well as utilizing modalities to aid recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, comprehensive injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications that promote healing.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes meticulously and adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolution in health and recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated care and develop integrated treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in line with regulatory standards, including compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay informed about and incorporate the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of our physical therapy services spans a diverse patient population facing physical disabilities, recovery from surgery, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy or related fields.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a rapport with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
