WHAT YOU GET
Pay:
- $110,000 base + commissions
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday 7 am – 4 pm; occasional weekend availability as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SHOP MANAGER
- Advanced proficiency in shop management & parts logistics
- Demonstrated "Fleet‑First" communication skills
- Ability to manage "profitability by the numbers" (KPI mastery)
- Preferred qualifications include advanced financial literacy (P&L mastery), ASE Service Consultant (C1) or Management (AMAM) certification, and experience with Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS) integration

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SHOP MANAGER
In this Shop Manager role, you'll start each day by steering the shop's workflow to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll guide your team through full front‑to‑back service advising, integrate sales opportunities into daily operations, and convert leads into loyal customers. As the day unfolds, you'll monitor KPIs, track financial performance, and make strategic decisions that drive profitability. You'll coach your team, hold them accountable, and create an environment where excellence is the standard. Every day, you'll be the driving force behind a well‑run, high‑impact fleet operation.
