Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitationis looking for a Human Resources (HR)Coordinator to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!
• Prepare employees byestablishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Schedule and conductjob evaluations
• Maintain a pay plan byconducting periodic pay surveys
• Ensure planning,monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
• Maintain employeebenefits programs and informs employees of benefits
• Maintain managementguidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policiesand procedures
• Preserve staff byrecruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Ensure legalcompliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred
• Human resources,organizational development, or business major/concentration
• Previous experience inhuman resources
• 5+ years ofleadership/administration What We Offer
