The People Advisor champions WelbeHealth’s culture, values, and mission by partnering with leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance, and the alignment of people practices with business needs across designated Centers or Client Groups. This role serves as a strategic advisor and coach to Executive Directors and Center and Client group leadership teams, working closely with operational leaders to create people strategies that enhance workforce stability, build supervisor capability, develop healthy team dynamics, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Through a consulting-oriented approach, the People Advisor translates engagement data, workforce insights, and operational trends into actionable recommendations, ensuring leaders have the tools, clarity, and coaching needed to drive sustainable performance. Key Differentiators Partners directly with Executive Directors and interdisciplinary leaders, advising in real-time on workforce stability, leadership effectiveness, and team performance that directly impact care for vulnerable seniors, unlike a traditional HR role. Translates engagement data, turnover trends, and operational KPIs into actionable workforce strategies—including succession plans, staffing models, and leadership development priorities—while navigating a regulated healthcare environment. Benefits Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) 17 days of personal time off, 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days 401(k) savings with match Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus Additional benefits Day-to-Day Responsibilities Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to Executive Directors and Center or Client Group leadership teams, providing guidance on people strategy, leadership effectiveness, culture, and organizational performance, and participating in center leadership/client group tactics and offsites to support alignment and execution. Partner with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies including succession planning, talent reviews, staffing models, and leadership development priorities, and work closely with Talent Acquisition to anticipate hiring needs, refine job requirements, and proactively identify and address workforce risks. Collaborate with Workforce Learning & Performance to strengthen supervisor capability and reinforce consistent leadership behaviors and expectations, and with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Operations on sensitive matters, providing context and insights to support consistent, values-based resolution. Build and promote effective use of People tools such as supervisor scorecards and performance dashboards to support accountability and development. Support center leaders/client groups in interpreting engagement results, turnover trends, and workforce indicators, translating data into action plans that improve team experience and retention. Use KPIs to monitor performance, ensure accountability, and surface actionable insights to support ongoing improvement efforts. Act as a connector between the Centers or Client Groups and the broader People team by bringing forward insights, themes, and opportunities to inform People programs, policies, and services. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM‑SCP, SHRM‑BP) preferred; healthcare experience preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR/People experience, including advising leaders and supporting multi-site or complex operating environments. Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence at the senior level without direct authority. Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Experience using data, HR metrics, and workforce insights to identify trends, inform recommendations, and support decision-making. Skilled in change management, including supporting leaders through ambiguity and driving alignment during periods of growth or transformation. Ability to travel as needed. We are seeking a People Advisor who ideally has seven or more years of progressive HR experience supporting multi-site, complex healthcare and operating environments. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications. Salary range: $159,939—$211,119 USD.
