Operations and Safety Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations and Safety Supervisor to lead daily branch operations and champion a culture of safety excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys optimizing processes, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate receiving, shipping, and counter sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Promote and enforce safety procedures, fostering a strong safety-first culture
Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to increase productivity
Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Oversee inventory control and maintain accurate records
Partner with management to develop operational strategies and safety initiatives
Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulations
Manage company fleet compliance, including DOT inspections, insurance, and registration
Provide operational support during peak business periods

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience in warehouse or branch operations management
Demonstrated supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze operational data and implement effective solutions
Commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace
