Data Management Lead

To support data integrity and provider directory updates, the full-time Data Management Lead will manage data entry and verification tasks in Salesforce and Facets, conduct phone verifications, and assist with audits while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform analysis and complete provider directory updates in Salesforce, including demographic changes and terminations Conduct phone verification calls to providers to obtain required data elements and ensure compliance with state regulations Assist with audits of network provider entries and maintain updates to job aides based on recommendations from the Contract Administrator Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Five years of data entry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to perform alpha numeric entry at a speed of 10,000 KPH Analytical skills to prepare departmental reports and resolve data discrepancies
