What We Offer Competitive commission and bonus opportunities Our reps average $60,000 to $120,000+ a year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and time off Paid training and career development Employee vehicle purchase programFlexible scheduling options Saturday team lunches Long-term career stability Family-owned and operated for four generations Positive team culture Advancement opportunities within the dealership Responsibilities Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process Learn and maintain knowledge of Ford vehicles, technology, financing options, and dealership services Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives Follow up with customers before and after the sale Utilize phone, text, email, and CRM tools to communicate with customers Work closely with management and teammates to achieve individual and team goals Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude each day Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Why Conway-Heaton?
