Community Manager (Freelancer)

Description: Run twice-daily inbox sweeps in Sprout Social across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Respond in each brand’s voice, prioritizing purchase intent, product questions, and customer issues. Route sizing and refund questions to brand customer service teams. Identify and join relevant conversations using Talkwalker and native social searches. Follow brand response matrices and FAQs, securing required approvals before posting. Escalate sensitive issues quickly and identify real-time trends for timely responses. Track product requests, recurring complaints, and sentiment for monthly account-team reporting. Use AI for drafting replies, triage, and summaries while documenting workflows in shared team accounts. Stay within contracted scope, including during contests, launches, and live brand moments. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on community management experience for consumer brands, ideally in an agency environment. Perfect written English for daily public, client-facing communication. Daily fluency in Instagram and TikTok culture; X experience is a plus. Experience with Sprout Social or a similar platform and social listening tools such as Talkwalker. Comfort using AI tools in daily workflows. Fast, organized, and reliable when working to daily deadlines, launches, and live events. Strategic, analytical, solution-focused approach with strong business judgment. Ability to complete a typing and English test and an Excel logic assessment.
