Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with acute neurovascular conditions requiring telemetry monitoring
- Perform frequent neurological checks, monitor vitals, and respond to changes in patient status
- Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies; observe for adverse effects and document outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans; educate patients and families
- Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and aseptic technique; document accurately and timely
- Adhere to professional practice standards, policies, and evidence-based guidelines as described in applicable nursing frameworks

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1–2 years of RN experience in acute care, telemetry, or neurovascular settings (or closely related experience)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hospital environment and adapt to a fast-paced unit
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics; commitment to professional practice standards
