Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for neurovascular telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care plans.
- Monitor neurological status, vital signs, intracranial pressure monitoring (as applicable), and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; manage IV access and infusion therapies as directed.
- Document accurately in the electronic health record, ensuring timely and complete patient data and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Uphold nursing practice standards in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and core professional ethics.

- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Ability and willingness to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3x12 schedule
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment within the United States
