This litigation practice stands on the side of employees, taking on workplace injustice and holding employers accountable for unlawful practices. As a Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney , you'll manage cases from intake through resolution, giving you true ownership over your matters rather than a narrow slice of someone else's file. You'll join a collaborative, mission-driven team where the work is meaningful and the results directly change people's lives.
Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution, including complaints, discovery, and motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions, and represent clients in mediation and hearings.
• Prepare and try cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel while shaping overall case strategy.
• Supervise support staff and collaborate with colleagues to drive strong case outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and current admission to practice law in California.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Trial experience as 1st or 2nd Chair.

Preferred

• Plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
