Role Summary

The FLC Technical Recruiter drives full-cycle hiring for hardware engineering roles within a fast-moving product organization. You will own the entire recruiting lifecycle end-to-endfrom intake to offerwhile partnering closely with hardware engineering leaders, cross-functional partners, and technical program managers across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

This role requires deep technical fluency, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to hire for niche, high-impact hardware roles in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Ownership Lead intake, calibration, sourcing strategy, screening, interview loop design, debrief facilitation, and offer negotiation for hardware engineering roles.
• Technical Sourcing Strategy Build targeted pipelines for Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, RF, Audio, Silicon, Reliability, Systems Architecture, and Hardware Validation roles.
• Stakeholder Partnership Influence hiring managers using funnel data, market insights, and calibration feedback; set expectations around timelines and candidate quality.
• Candidate Assessment Conduct technical screens to evaluate hardware fundamentals, product experience, design ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Pipeline Health & Reporting Track funnel metrics, diversity representation, and pipeline velocity using ATS/CRM tools.
• Diversity Hiring Build inclusive sourcing strategies and partner with ERGs to expand representation in hardware engineering pipelines.
• Candidate Experience Deliver a high-touch, transparent experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Process Optimization Identify opportunities to streamline interview loops, reduce friction, and improve hiring velocity across engineering teams.

• Systems Engineers cross-discipline hardware architecture
• Hardware TPMs cross-functional program execution

Basic Qualifications

• 37+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring hardware, electrical, mechanical, or embedded engineering talent.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Boolean search, GitHub).
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for consumer electronics, IoT, embedded systems, or high-volume hardware product teams.
• Ability to assess technical depth across EE/ME/RF/Audio/Silicon domains.
• Experience influencing senior engineering leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel data and adjust strategy.
• Familiarity with hardware product development lifecycles.
