Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This position requires a strong ability to manage multiple clients and projects, with the opportunity for overtime during tax season. If you have excellent client communication skills and a passion for client service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow for client tax preparation
• Assist clients with intake forms and onboarding
• Manage client scheduling for team members
• Scanning, printing and prepping returns to be signed, as well as electronic filing
• Create invoices, receive payments, make deposits
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication.  This requires phone calls, emails, and slack messages
• Stay organized and prioritize tasks during tax season to ensure filing deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in tax office preferred, but not required.  This position is open to anyone that is willing to work hard, learn, stay organized, and help clients.  We are a fast growing firm, and this is a great way to join our team and grow your career.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Gmail, GCal, and Slack preferred, but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
