⚖️ Job Title: ECVC Associate Attorney (4–8 Years Experience) Locations: New York, San Francisco Compensation: $310,000 – $435,000 + discretionary merit bonuses + comprehensive benefits Join a Team That’s Powering the Next Generation of Innovation Do you thrive at the intersection of law, startups, and venture capital? We’re looking for an ECVC Associate who’s ready to dive into high-growth companies and cutting-edge industries—partnering directly with founders, investors, and boards that are shaping tomorrow. ✨ What You’ll Do Lead venture financings, formations, and exits—sometimes all in a single day. Advise on SAFEs, preferred stock financings, corporate governance, and general corporate work. Counsel management teams on complex matters from inception through IPO. Work on both sides of the table: guiding emerging growth companies and representing VCs and institutional investors. Build long-term relationships with the future stars of tech and life sciences.
