The group advises startups, founders, growth-stage companies, and investors across the full company lifecycle, with work spanning venture financings, company-side counseling, strategic transactions, and broader growth-company matters. The platform is also open to speaking with partner-level candidates across multiple offices as the practice continues its broader expansion. Why this role? Key Responsibilities Advise startups, emerging companies, and venture-backed businesses through various stages of growth. Handle venture financings, company-side counseling, and broader general corporate matters. Work closely with founders, investors, and executive teams on strategic transactions and day-to-day legal issues. Support high-growth clients operating across technology and innovation-focused sectors. Partner directly with senior attorneys on sophisticated ECVC and growth-company matters. Qualifications 5th–8th year associate with substantive ECVC experience. Strong background in venture financings, startup counseling, and emerging companies work. Ability to operate in fast-paced, entrepreneurial client environments. Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills. Business-oriented mindset and comfort handling sophisticated growth-company matters. Collaborative approach and desire for meaningful responsibility within a growing platform.
