Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

We are looking for an experienced NP or PA to join our growing primary care team. Innovative Primary Care is part of Innovative Care, a physician owned medical group that opened in 2015. We offer primary care, urgent care and therapy, along with specialized healthcare services. Innovative Primary Care will soon have three locations on the North side of Chicago (Lincoln Park, Logan Square). For more information, visit Innovative-Care.com.
Hours & Compensation:
Our clinic is open from 8am to 7pm Monday through Thursday, from 8am – 5pm on Friday, and 9am – 5pm on Saturday.
Full-time candidates preferred. We offer benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO) for full-time employees. Competitive compensation based on experience; beginning at $115,000/annually.
Requirements:
Illinois license, DEA, controlled substance
