Assistant Wireless Manager - AT&T Authorized Retailer, Fonepage Communications

$25.00 - $40.00/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives)

Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager. We’re searching for a candidate who can support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results. What We Offer

Responsibilities

Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.

Qualifications

Retail wireless sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
